Aromatherapy massage using a blend of essential oils and carrier oil. We only use essential oils considered o be safe in pregnancy. Massage can relieve tensions, stress and pain. It will increase natural endorphins helping you better manage the usual aches and discomforts of pregnancy.

Reflexology
Enjoy a reflexology treatment tailored to your individual needs and condition.
Reflexology zone therapy is the type of reflexology offered by holistic pregnancy care. Using the feet as a map of the body the various pressure ponts can be either stimulated or encouraged to relax depending on what is needed.
Reflexology is good for lower back pain, general relaxation, nausea & vomiting or to stimulate natural labour.
40 minute treatment is £40
Birth preparations
The 'natural ' induction of labour
This treatment is designed to increase levels of oxytocin in the body to help create the optimum conditions for labour and birth.
An indeoth treatment comprosing acupressure, reflexology and an aromatherapy massage of the lower legs and feet.
60 min treatment (allow an hour and a half for the appointment in total )
£60 for initial treatment and £40 for a follow up.
